Big Brothers / Big Sisters Donations

Clothes, toys, bric-a-brac—when's a better time to sort through your belongings and decide what you'd like to give to charity than when you have to: when you're moving?

A-1 First Class has teamed up with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Long Island and created a program to get tax-deductible donations from our customers directly to the charity.

Email us here donate@a1firstclass.com to arrange your pick up dates. Tell us when you want us to come pick up your donations and give you your tax receipt, and we'll be there.

A Good Start:

Big Brothers and Big Sisters makes it easier for today's kids by giving them caring adult as a mentor and a friend. 52% of the kids in the program are less likely to skip school, 46% less likely to begin using illegal drugs, and they're all more likely to get along with their families and peers. It gives them a better start, which is what we aim to do at A-1 First Class as well.
